Being deaf and mourning the loss of her owner, Tinkerbell would cry with grief, but had no idea how loud she was! A short time after arriving at Cat Protection, pre-cancerous signs were discovered on the tips of Tinkerbell’s ears and had to be removed.

The surgery was a success, but left Tink with short, square ears. Tinkerbell was always a bit of a diva, accepting pats only on her terms, sometimes giving a little nip to cats and humans as her way of saying “no more!”. But we knew the right home would be richly rewarded.

Tinks had a 2 or 3 day adjustment and look around period where she was wondering where all the other cats had gone! She also had a bit of a reputation for being a 'crankypantz' and nippy. All of that has changed now and she is an affectionate, talkative and playful lap sitter!

Hooray for Tinks...hooray for the CPS.
